The protocols Sorelle has put into place not only make checking in simple, you just feel safe through out the entire appointment. May places require you to call when you arrive from your car, which can result in being sent to voicemail if the business is busy. At Sorelle, there is a texting system. You click a link they text you prior to your appointment letting them know you are in the parking lot. Then they text you when it is time to invite you inside. Love this feature. Well done.

I had waist-length hair that hadn't seen a professional stylist in at least 10 years and wanted a change to a shorter style, but I've never been very good at "beauty" type things. Yvy did a great job - she talked to me and looked at several pictures I brought before starting, and I think she had a real sense of what would work for my appearance and personality. Cutting waist-length hair is a big step, and Yvy was very careful to make sure I was comfortable with the decision. In fact, I couldn't have been happier with the result. I walked out of the salon with hair that looked just as good as the model in one of the photos I brought. With the style Yvy did for me, my hair looks good just getting out of bed in the morning, and if I apply my **very limited** styling ability, it looks fantastic! This has been such a great boost to my confidence. I'm no longer ducking into the corner when someone takes out their phone for a picture and I actually like the way I look. I was referred by a friend to see Simona for hair and Eleanor for make up for my wedding and I was blown away. I eloped on Valentines Day and wanted something classic and simple. Simona did my hair exactly how I wanted it. I did have a picture to give her an idea but she put her own twist on it based on my hair type and I am so glad she did. I have never had a stylist style my hair so well and to my liking. When I was finished with my hair I went to Eleanor for my make up. I let her choose what colors to use based on the color of my dress, what style make up I normally wear and my skin tone. My only complaint is that you no longer carry the products which you use to have. When I first started going to your salon, Vicki used these products on my hair and I loved them! Then, for the last several months, she started using something different and I don't like them. When I asked I was told that you no longer carry that line. I have been going to Dulce for a few years now and she is a miracle worker with my stubborn hair. Naturally a brunette, my hair in the past, used to have a hard time picking up the golden shades of blonde without turning red or orange. I've never had this issue with Dulce. Any level of blonde I've requested for highlights has always come out prettier than I imagined. I followed Dulce to Sorelle Hair Studio when it opened because she is absolutely the best with color. I usually use the same person to blow out my hair, but have found that everyone there does a great job. There is a comfortable, friendly atmosphere at Sorelle (not the snootiness of some salons) with professional, quality service. I highly recommend it to anyone who does not already go there.

Everyone at this salon are friendly and helpful. Elaine and Jodi welcome you as you enter always with a warm smile. I am always offered a cup of coffee and they bend over backwards to make you feel comfortable. It's almost as if they are looking around to see if anyone needs assistance and then they offer to help with any and all of your needs. The stylists are true artists including the make-up professional who also makes it a point to smile and say hello. I personally use Dulce and she is wonderful. This is a neighbirhood gem!
